Privacy Policy
LiftPath helps you log workouts, track lifts, compare progress, and follow your training over time. This policy explains what data the app uses to provide that service.

Who operates the app
LiftPath is operated by the app owner/developer. For privacy or support questions, contact liftpath26@gmail.com.
What data the app collects
LiftPath collects the information needed to run a workout tracker:
- Email address for account login.
- Password credentials stored as secure password hashes.
- Workout data you enter, including exercises, sets, reps, weights, RPE, workout dates, workout notes, programs, and custom exercises.
- Optional bodyweight entries if you use bodyweight tracking.
- Basic technical data required to operate the app, including session cookies and ordinary server logs.
How data is used
Data is used to provide the app experience, including:
- Saving workout history and programs.
- Showing progress, comparisons, and personal records.
- Maintaining account security and authenticated sessions.
- Improving reliability and troubleshooting issues.
Workout, account, and bodyweight data
Workout, custom exercise, program, PR, and bodyweight data is treated as user-entered fitness data. It is used to show your history and progress inside LiftPath. The app does not use this data for advertising.
Authentication and sessions
LiftPath uses database-backed session tokens stored in an httpOnly cookie to keep you logged in. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
Hosting, database providers, and cookies
The app is designed for deployment on Vercel with PostgreSQL hosted by a managed database provider such as Neon, Supabase, Railway, or another configured provider. These providers may process data as needed to host the app and database. Session cookies are used for login state.
Analytics and tracking
LiftPath does not currently use third-party advertising trackers or analytics. If analytics or additional tracking are added later, this policy should be updated before release.
Data sharing
User data is not sold, and workout data is not used for advertising. Data may be processed by hosting and database providers that operate the service, or disclosed if required by law.
Data retention and account deletion
Data is kept while your account exists. You can initiate account deletion inside the app from Settings, then Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your account and associated workout data unless retention is legally required.
